Terms of cancellations : In case of cancellation or changes made up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the full amount will be refunded. In case of cancellation or changes made from 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the entire stay will be charged. After this deadline or in case of no-show / early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

 

Children: All infants under 2 years stay free (in cots).

Parking: : private parking is free in garage and in the courtyard.

Animals: not allowed.

Check-in starting from 3 pm – Check out until 10 am

Deposit: € 200 payable by bank transfer 1 weeh before the arrival date

Final cleanig: 100€/per stay – mandatory
