USEFUL INFO FOR YOUR STAY

WIFI
In the apartment you have WiFi: name CASA NADIA – password casanadiawifi

GARAGE
The garage is at your disposal; you will also find inside the bathroom with the washing machine and all the detergents-cleaning products you want to use. The shutter is electric, you can operate it using the button that you find at the entrance to the front door or with the remote control on the cabinet.

BEACH
Il Corallo is our partner bathhouse. The beach service must be booked in advance directly with us, to check price and availability.

WASTE
You have 3 buckets for separate waste collection: the brown bin for wet waste can be found under the sink, the white bin for paper and the green one for glass can be found on the terrace. For the collection of plastic and cans you must use the yellow bag supplied, for the undifferentiated the gray one. Waste must be delivered in compliance with the eco-calendar, placing the bins and bags supplied outside the gate, the evening before collection day. Maximum collaboration is requested in trying to dispose of waste as much as possible during the week.

CONDITIONER
The air conditioner is located in the living room, in the double bedroom and in the attic. You are supplied with three remote controls, all compatible with each other. In respect of the environment, please turn them off every time you leave the house. The apartment cools down quickly even with very high outside temperatures.

ELECTRIC CURRENT
The apartment is equipped with 4.5kWh of electrical power. If too many appliances are turned on at the same time, the current on the ENEL meter could be cut off; should this happen, you will have to reactivate both meters manually (those indicated with Casanadia): the electrical panel is located behind the house in via Colle Piceno. To open the door, take the shaped key in the drawer of the furniture on the ground floor, next to the entrance door.

WATER
The water in the apartment is always open, if leaks are generated (broken hose or other) the first thing to do is to immediately close the general water tap next to the meter which is located to the left of the entrance gate. To open it, take the shaped key in the drawer of the furniture on the ground floor next to the entrance door.

COFFEE MACHINE’
The espresso machine supplied is a De Longhi Icon model. It can be used both with the practical pods (you will find a first set for free) and with ground coffee. It is also equipped with a milk frother and to create a perfect foam for your cappuccino.

TV
You will find two Full HD TVs with digital terrestrial, smart and already connected to WIFI. 

CITY TAX
The Municipality of Numana applies the tourist tax. For tourist apartments, the tax is €1 per day per person from the age of 3 for a maximum of 15 days of stay. It is up to us to collect it and then pay it to the Municipality, therefore we ask you to leave it in the piggy bank, based on the calculations we will provide you.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 10am. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in order, turn off the lights and air conditioning, close the garage door and leave the remote control at the entrance where you found it upon arrival.

DAMAGE
We know that sometimes accidents happen! In case something is broken, let us know immediately because we prefer to arrange any refund with you before you leave, to avoid problems later. Thank you

 

SECURITY INFORMATION

SMOKE AND CARBON MONOXIDE

The apartment is equipped with a smoke and carbon monoxide detector, if one of these detectors starts ringing, immediately check for the presence of smoke or flames and open the windows wide, then turn off the gas and turn off the electricity.

To turn off the alarm sound, press the button in the center of the sounding detector.
